Baxi 80e - Grundfos UPS2 15-50/60 130

I've had to change the pump on my Baxi 80e and have replaced a UPS15-60 130 with a new UPS2 15-50/60 130.

The pump appears to run, but I get a "Fault on Pump or Low System Pressure" LED flashing after a few seconds and no ignition.

I refilled the boiler to 2 bar, bled the pump and it isn't noisy. Spoke to Grundfos and they checked the part numbers and said that it was the correct replacement pump.

Can anyone suggest what might be the problem?

Sorted

Although I had bled it on DHW, it needed doing on CH too. Once this was done it seems to be running fine.

make sure you leave it on speed 3
