my baxi bahama has just started playing up by igniteing for a couple of seconds then switching off on the heating and hot water any help anyone. many thanks.

It's the flow switches, there's two, a heating one and a h/water one,
It's probably the heating one thats at fault but change them both to be on the safe side. Heating one has a spring on it that has to be reused, hot water one does not have a spring.

yes that is exactly what it is doing then it stops untill the hot water tap is turned off then on again
