Hi can anyone tell me how to relight the pilot light on my back boiler. I thought I was doing it properly but it refuses to light . Any help please.

Hold in the gas control knob and click the piezo igniter untill flame appears, hold in for 20/30 sec's and release.
If you aint getting the pilot flame, or it goes out on release of knob then you need a Gas Safe Engineer to look at it.

Thanks for th quick reply, I've tried it and it worked first time, water and heting restored and wife has stopped moaning about being cold, thanks again .
