Might be able to look it up, do you have a problem with yours and if you know what it should be can you work out what it actually is?

Be very minimal as they are designed to work on gravity, strange question

Fitted into mobile home and all the rad pipework is being replaced, old 1 pipe system is being repipped as seperate flow and return along with new rads and TRV's and now need to fit an ABV

As there is no pump overrun an ABV would not operate often, unless you had TRVs on all the rads, which you wouldn't normally have.

Yes there is a pump and not a gravity system. 7 rads, 6 controled by TRV's room stat all controlled with Potterton programer and zone valve for hot water/heating but all the pipe work and rads are being replaced for a more efficient layout as last couple of rads take an age to get warm due to layout.

I don't think you need worry about the min flow rate, the pump wil have to be set high enough to push the water round the rads to keep the boiler happy

Make sure you have a spreader fitted in the heat exchanger and that it is intact and not fallen apart. This IS required for pumped systems, contrary to some posts on the forums on the web.

Baxi Bermuda is the most simple and most reliable boiler I have ever come across why would you ask about minimum flow rates ???? if you have a problem then its your system design not your boiler

Probably about 10 litres per minute.

Never heard of one fitted to an LPG supply before or to a sealed system either for that matter.

Seen a couple on LPG, well they were BBUs can't remember if they were baxi or not. Don't know about sealed though

yes you can convert to LPG with Manufacturers kit and yes there is a Manu kit for sealed system is a retro fit but is available
