Baxi Boiler 105 E only got warm water

We have tried everything expect get a plumber.

The water is only getting warm. Cannot run a bath let alone a decent shower.

What can I do? Has been like this for a year now and had a power shower but in the bathroom.

Would appreciate some advise please.

Is the water only getting warm when the tap is run fully?
Does reducing the flow from the taps produce any hotter water?

Usual suspects for this are blocked/scaled plate heat exchanger, diverter problems or gas pressure on your boiler.

It may be better to get an RGI round to check these.

Thanks for the reply.

No, if I reduce the water flow it gets colder.

Also have turned the pressure up but that does not help either.

Will try your advise.
