HI i found this on my pipe work looks like it maybe blocked stopping the air flo
think its the condensing pipe ???

That pipe is nothing to do with your air lock

i know but if its blocked like when its frozen boiler shuts down
i now dont think its an air lock back filled the whole system this morning
bled everything must be something els??

HI i dont know what you lads think but im sure thats sludge in the bottom of the condensing tray
and i think could be the problem
after all the draining down and refilling

i think that after all the refilling the condensate tray has a lot of sludge in it
and this is why the boiler turns off ???

Can you post a close up photo of the circulating pump (if external) while its running showing any LEDs etc and make/model.
