BAXI BOILER PROBLEM

Hello,

The boiler in my house is a Baxi Combi boiler and it is having trouble heating the water.

It stopped working on simply the water setting but did work with the heating and water setting. Now it only sometimes works on the both settings depending on its mood

Please advise!
