using my phsycotics i would assume you are talking about an open flued fire and back boiler?
if its a fire & bbu in one room = MRI - 7Kw X 5cm2. usually 100cm2 "STADIUM" core vent
depending on fire model and whether 401 or 552 boiler will determine a vent between 67-98cm2

someone asked a question and i embelished your answer slightly didnt mean to upset you, 
but if you only need 67cm2 it is best to get as near to that as possible, but never under, the bigger the vent the more chance the punter will block it, a lot of vents have break off sections so getting a vent close to what is required isnt too hard.
