If the boiler has just been fitted, why are you posting here? Why are you not calling the installer or the boiler makers? Whay have you boxed the boiler? Do you know the consequences of boxing the boiler?

DP , , fitter gone on holiday !! , this is a bank holiday weekend , so manufacturer not available , just trying to gather expert opinions before i contact above. Are you an expert , if so do you have a professional opinion ? .

aspire the problem you have sounds just like an employee we had a while ago the idiot forgot to clip the piping properly you cant get good engineers up here for love of money. (NORTH) bolton...

Thanks Dave, so that i dont appear to be a complete novice (although i am ) when talking to the fitter , please explain "clipping pipes together" .
Thanks in advance .

Could be a few things and probably just air in the pump but if you are not knowing how to clip loose pipes I suggest you just check that the pressure is over 0.5 bar and leave it till you can get someone back.
If it is below 0.5bar I suggest either you turn it off and dont use it till someone gets back to it or top it up and keep an eye on it.
There are safety devices in there which should cut out before your boiler blows up

Errrrr......missing the point here. Rather don't make yourself look an idiot as opposed to a novice. Clipping the pipes means that they don't move which means putting clips on them...ho hum
