Boiller's pressure is alway above 3 on the scale. I tryed draining the water and bring the pressure to 2. But when using HW or CH, pressure go back to above 3. Last week fault led (70) is started to flash as a fault on hotwater sencor. But now both hw and ch are working with pressure is above 3. What could be the fault and how to repair. Thanks.

Do you have a filling loop permanantly in place, if so & the pressure is rising gradually, then the isolator valve or tap that you use to top up the pressure is weeping & needs replacing.

system was working ok with pressure at 3 for some months. but problem started with DHW again. filling loop isolator valve is ok. when turn the hot water tap, the system starting as normal. when the temperature goto 30/40 then fault light 70 flashing as hot water sensor fault. then after few seconds fault light stop flashing and system started to work again for few seconds until reached the temperature cut off again. Any suggestion for this fault please ? ??

When hot water tap open the system stated to work as normal and then hot water sensor fault light flash for few seconds and then system start again. Any suggestion please?

Firstly drain water out of the system down to just over 1 Bar then see what happens.

Normally it should rise to at the most 2 Bar when rads are hot.

If it keeps rising to 3 or more after this then check out the FAQ's on checking the expansion vessel.

After Power flush and fitted new hot water sensor, hot water working ok. Still intermittently pressure going above 3. Currently CH & DHW are ok.
