Baxi Combi 105e sounds like a chugging Train

Its the best I can explain TBH.
Loud chugging sound when CH fires up and when DHW being used.
Its in my sons bedroom so it wakes him as its that loud.
The system is about 10 yrs + I think.
Was gunna throw some Fernox in to see if that helps.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I cannot pinpoint exactly what that might be.

But its probably a combustion issue and that could have safety implications.

A gas reg engineer would be advised particularly as it is in a bedroom!
