replaced a dhw diaphragm today on this boiler when i switched the thing back on dhw only the neon for flame failure came on minutes later after resetting the neon for dhw sensor came on reset and all the neons come on and flash on and off together..

pump runs ocassionally fan hasn't run at all, believe that all was ok till i turned it off to change diaphragm.

Did you do something wrong and get water onto the board

no i even took board off and ran through the fault finder in the MI board was dry as a bone..

I have had many a board on various boilers go pop after switching off the power to them, vokera's are bad for this.
