Baxi Combi 80 Eco - squeak type noises

I have a Baxi Combi 80 Eco. The water seems to work fine and the heating is okay. The unit seems pretty basic and has no thermostat, the temperature is set using a knob on the front of the unit. The problem is if the knob is set at or beyond the midway point the boiler makes a strange squeaking noise. Now I'm sure there's no mouse in the boiler, it sounds like something needs to be oiled.

I would be grateful for any help on identifying the problem.
