Baxi combi boiler 105e rads wont turn off

Baxi combi 105e rads will not turn off central heating stat set to off selector switched to hot water only but rads still get hot very hot sometimes just 2 up stairs and other times rads downstairs hot and then all hot any ideas would be of help

Sounds like the HW is passing down the CH side.... diverter valve is passing in essence......

Does this mean the whole valve has to be replaced or just the diaphragm on the diverter valve and how easy is it thanks

Change the whole diverter valve to be sure and make sure you have some new fibre washers and o rings ( about 45 mins)
