hi all the above boiler is not comming on the fuse is ok there is no power getting to the boiler the book says its the pcb is this right or could it be something else

thanks :(

just checked that it looks blown to me the glass is all black thanks for your help

usually the pump or fan that causes this fuse to blow, has it been running dry.

it has been running slightly under the minimum line never dry when putting a new fuse in then turning the water on it blows straight away

there is power to the pcb and the troubleshooting says the pump supply cable needs to be replaced the pump turns as well

im lost

DIY way of checking.
Disconnect the pump an isolate the wire safely. turn on and see if it still blows if not .
Then activate manually the microswitch on top (not front)of the divertor valve this will bring the fan on if fuse does not blow then it would strongly suggest pump

we have disconected the pump wire then doing the switch on the diverter nothing happens there seems to be no power there

You mean fan came on and fuse did not blow, with pump disconnected then this suggests pump is your problem.
Grundfos 15/60 just change the head , you maybe able to buy head seperatly but if not just split it from the body by undoing the screws

thanks to people involved in helping me to solve this problem fitted a new pump and bingo all working fine

thanks once again

sean :D
