I had a gas safety certificate done and the engineer noticed abit of water in boilor.

Tennant had to top pressure up 2 months ago . Boilor still on pressure still high so only a small leak.

The engineer stated in on heat ex pipes.

Stated be new boilor. After doing some research on Internet it appears its very likely the o ring on eturn pipe to heat ex.

I have attached pipe you can see staining on the pipe.

If it is just a o ring is it worth getting fixed ?

Thanks

Flow and return to heat ex

its not going to do any harm trying it
Im just thinking if I do not fix it now it could corrode the socket the pipe goes in the Spigot then loose the chance to just change the seal.

But alternativly do not want to open a can of worms.
