Baxi duo-tec tripping

My duo-tec 28 he is tripping on low pressure when the boiler first starts after being off during the day. After resetting it runs ok. The pressure is around 1.5 bar when off & I can see the pressure dip when the boiler starts.
I have checked the expansion vessel pressure & cleaned the strainer on the CH return valve. Any ideas?
