Baxi Duotec 28 He Combi Boiler

Baxi Duotec 28 He Combi Boilercode E133 keeps coming on and having to reset over the last 2 months but is taking more resets to reset it reset and at the moment won't reset please help

Probably electrodes but possibly gas valve.......you need a GSR engineer my friend

electrodes needs bending back. Spark gap is prone to reduce with heat. No parts needed but a gsr to do it

how old is the boiler

only things that can cause E133 are

1) electrode spark gap
2) ignitor unit
3) fan venturi tube kinked
4) gas valve

I find every 12 months the electrode needs the spark gap adjusting

Thanks for advice every body, it was electrode gap had closed up 2 minute job for fitter no charge as I know him

Was your boiler firing at all?

Because I'm getting the same error message, but dont see how it could be the spark gap if my boiler fires and runs for a while (1 / 2 minutes) then cuts out and displays error 133?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
