Thanks for all contributed to this post. Haven't had hot water at kitchen tap for years unless we turn bath tap on 1st. Engineers has looked but no luck. Took cartridge out and venture missing! The screw in base was there but nothing else. Fitted new one today £17.09 inc vat and hot water in kitchen straight off. Had thought that 8mm feed pipes to modern tap not creating enough pressure drop to activate switch as 15mm in bathroom sink usually did. 248051 is Baxi part number.
