Hot water demand flame will only light when the temp drops to about 30 (means running the tap or shower for about 5 mins) and only when the selector is switched to the ch and hot water side.
Also when the hot water does kick in the hot water indicator light doesn't come on at all.

@The Novice this boiler uses a motor and cartridge , doesnt have a DHW Diaphragm
@a9blue , you will have to remove the front cover, do not remove any other covers, locate the Hall sensor, with the boiler set to HW only, run a HW tap and watch the red LED on the hall sensor, with a demand for HW the led should be solid red, not flickering or flashing, come back and let us know the status

OK remove the Hall sensor and place a magnet on it and see if the boiler senses a demand if it does you need to change the turbine, Hall sensors can go faulty but very unusual, more likely to be the turbine
