Baxi Platinum C24/C28/C33 HE - Any good ???

I am looking to get the above combi boiler fitted, details are as follows:

Is this a good boiler?

Is 90% efficiency ok ?

I am looking to get this installed in my loft and I am having one or two second thoughts as a number of people have said to be "what about access". My loft is now fully insulated with loftboard and to be honest I couldnt think of a better place to have the boiler as I can get all the way around the back of the unit if I have any problems.

Am I doing the right thing ?

excellant choice .. the other choice i would look at is the baxi duo tec class A boiler for extra savings .
