Baxi Solo 2 40PF - please help!

Hi I hope someone can help
We currently have hot water but no CH with the above boiler - I've taken the front screw off the pump and there seems to be definite spinning. When you manually turn the CH on via the controls the pilot light and fan light come on for about a second then turn themselves off. No problems with the water - fires up immediately and stays on.
Anybody got any hints? Any suggestions are much appreciated!

if we think your system is fully pumped do u have a 3 port or 2 2port zone valves on the system .do u have a room & a cylinder thermostat?

If it works ok for HW, then it is an external control fault, not the boiler.

We have a cylinder thermostat set to 60, and a room thermo that we've tried at all temps - currently set to 25!
Stupid question I'm sure but how do I check the zone valves?
