the boiler is about 11 years old we have only ever had one problem with it the boiler on light comes on but the fan and pilot lights wont come on so the gas wont ignite we had the same problem about 3 years ago it cost me 180 pounds for 10 mins work problem is i dont know what he did to fix it any ideas please
