Baxi Solo 2PF Boiler Problem

I have a Baxi Solo 2PF Boiler which is about ten years old - unfortunately at the moment we have no hot water.

Can anyone confirm what the problem might be?

do you have a s or a y plan system?

two valves or one

if its two the the motor has gone in your valve
