heating and water were on constant, got up this morning no heating or water. Tried to reset no joy!! when boiler is turned off the boiler on light led flickers,when you turn it on only the boiler on and fan on lights are lit.

Today I turned off the boiler to drain down the heating system and refill it. Tonight the hot water isn't working, the heating is fine.

Anyone know what it could be?

How do i reset the boiler too?
