lads have a problem with a solo 50 pf,the boiler goes fine and reaches temperature fine but then it takes about an hour maybe more for it to kick back in when i have the temp setting turned right up but if i turn it down to say setting 2 it will take about a half an hour to kick back in so obviously the heat in the drops to near nothing by the time the heating kicks back in ,its like as though its not detecting the temp drop when it should be or as quick as it should be,would appreciate any ideas on whats wrong

yes pump stays running so can it be the overrun stat?actually if i put the temp setting at 1 or 2 it runs properly but any higher and thats when the problems start

pump over run is timed on this boiler...

has the temp actualy dropped???

could be caused by poor circulation..

or faulty stat/pcb
