Baxi Solo 3 PF System boiler water leak

Hi everyone,

I need some information on Baxi Solo 3 PF boiler. During this heavy rain the boiler started to leak water on the floor. After looking into it, it looks like it doesn't drip while it's running.

I am not sure is it the condensing water, or rain water coming through flue or Heat exchanger?

Any help or opinion will be very helpful.
