Baxi Solo 3 pf

Has anyone witnesed a "rumble" on these boilers on firing up that lasts about 30 secs.The flue restrictor is removed,the flue is side exit about 0.5m in length ,pump is o.k,fan is o.k,b.p is o.k.
Thanks for any suggestions..

With only a 0.5 m flue shouldn't it have a flue restrictor fitted?
