Baxi Solo 3 PFL

Help please!!

I have a Baxi Solo 3 PFL which has stopped working, I cant get any heating or hot water.

The pilot light does not come on neother does the burner...

I would appreciate any suggestions as my lady is complaining about being cold.

I have no plumbing knowledge.

This boiler is fully automatic ignition.Can you hear buzzing from boiler? Any leds lit? is the pump going? can you use a multimeter?
If you have no knowledge at all then maybe a call to your local corgi engineer is needed.
fans and pbc do go on the boiler but without further details to go on difficult to give accurate diagnosis.
On the front of the pcb housing there is a row of leds.Which if any are lit?

the boiler light is on also the fan light is on...... I can use a multimeter... any help is much appreciated.

Check your APS, elbow and tubes.

Have you got 240v on live at fan?

Thanks for your comments, I have no idea what APS, ELbow and tubes are, how do i check if the fan is stuck?? Where do I locate the fan to check the voltage..... I would really appreciate if someone would allow me to call them whilst doing this so i can get advice on the job ...
