baxi solo boiler won,t light

baxi solo boiler won't light fan comes on on display first two of three lights come on but boiler won't light could it be the pressure switch , this boiler was looked at by a fitter who said it could be if so origianally two pipes
were from the switch one black and one red the fitter only renewed one pipe and left one off is this correct?

both pipes from the pressure switch should connect the fan.
there sould be no kink and no crack on the pipes.
