I had my baxi solo fitted nearly two years ago and on three occasions on a consistently rainy day water has dripped from under the boiler. I originally contacted my supplier and was told it may be due to the wind direction and may not happen again but will not do the boiler any harm. It has now happened this week and I do not feel this is acceptable and would appreciate any advice.

Are you sure it's rain?
Solo HE flue is designed not to let rain water in, the tiny bit from horizontal rain that may get in would normally evaporate on contact with the heat exchanger.

Get the installer back failing that call Heateam

where is the condensate pipe connected to , if it is to a rainwater downpipe this maybe blocked and its backing up through the boiler

Had this, what a mess! everything soaked through.

simple fault easily done, see loads like it. Flood waiting to happen.
Tee outside with open branch stops it.

The condensate pipe is connected to the downpipe and I checked to make sure and it was not blocked. But the flue is not level and is sloping upward. So I am guessing it may be the flue thats the problem although disconnecting the condensate pipe to the down pipe would prove its not that.

Ok if it is supposed to slope upward then you are not going to stop the water from entering the flue and so I am guessing all condensing boilers have this problem.

Yes and that I understand is what the condensate pipe is for but I think the water is entering via the outer casing in which the flue is housed which I think is where the air is drawn into the system although as you can tell I am not an expert!
