Baxi WM531

Hi,
Can any body offer any assistance, I am trying to locate a Case seal for a Baxi WM531gas boiler, the part number quoted is 102134BAX and the British Gas number is 364214.
Look forward to hearing from any body that has any suddestions.

is it the thin greyish black silicon type? think they are obsolete, might be hard to find one now.
