Hello,
We've got a leaking bay roof on our Victorian Terrace which I've had 3 roofers supply quotes for. There is a lead covering inside the parapit which each roofer recommends cleaning and covering in either EPDM Rubber, Green Mineral Felt, or Cromopol. The roofer who suggested EPDM rubber is suggesting boarding the gully with OSB Sterling Board first, to allow water to run off more efficiently (there is a small step in the gully he'd get rid of). A Roofing Merchant also suggested fibreglass, but said it'd be more costly.
Does anyone have a preference to either of these three materials?
I've uploaded a few photos here:

As you can tell by the seagull s**t, we live by the sea (which may/may not make a difference)
n.b. You'll probably notice the blown render on the firewalls, which each roofer has provided similar fixes for.
Thanks in advance.
