Bay Window exterior cracks, should I be concerned?

Hi,

I'm in the process of trying to buy my first home and on a property, I'm interested in I've found some cracks on the exterior of the bay window and was hoping someone might be able to tell me what the likely cause is and if they're serious? before I put an offer in.

Thanks in advance for any advice you might have, just a little nervous about cracks having already had to pull out of a purchase after the surveyor surprised me with a Mundic diagnosis on a previous property.
