I wonder if you can help out with a wildew problem.
The bedroom has a bay window with a radiator on the centre section.You would expect this to be sufficient to keep the whole bay dry but the two side sections get condensation and then mildew as soon as the weather turns cold.
We have tried using polystyrene lining to make it warm but it peels off and goes mouldy underneath.The wall is painted but we don’t know what sort of paint it is.
Do you have any suggestions as to what could be causing this, either inside or out of the house, and if there is a solution ?
