Yeah, truth be told I'd completely forgotten I'd applied.

I remember being in the studio audience on a Friday night live topical show back in the mid 90's. We could sit where we wanted as long as it wasn't in the reserved chairs. So I sat next to one knowing that the person next to me would be on camera.

Fascinating seeing the studio bods with their clipboards and earpieces prompting the audience and such like.
Go for it.
