Hi all

I need to bead some corners (internal & external) but the problem being the angle is something like 30 degrees & the normal 45 degree metal beading doesn't seem flexible enough to bend.
I've seen the metal jointing tape & this would solve my problem, but i've read that it's not that good-any views on this :?: . Thanks Paul

I personally hate the flex corner tape, it is not very user friendly the paper can tear or wear away with trowelling. They are not very good for resistance against minor damages either.
Might be worth trying stopper bead if you can cover the joint with it.

or even consider the no coat beads

internal angles seldom need any form of mechanical protection, so the standard joint tapes will do for that. But if protection is needed, the no coat bead would be suitable for that application too.

Agree with PBOD

For the external, I think there are plastic external corner beads available too.
Maybe these would bend easier than the metal, and could be fixed in the position you require, prior to plastering.
