Floor is solid concrete, can I use plumbers mait plus two big screws/rawlplugs, or should I use something with a bit more strength like silicone that will set?
This is a bit "old school " PVA the floor and mix and seat the pan onto a good lump of cement then use pan screws.
Others will have different ideas etc.
I didn't have any suitable washers so used some little felt feet designed to stop ornaments scratching surfaces, and screwed though them as I was worried about cracking the pan. They look OK but are suitable washers available separately rather than the £7 pan fixing sets (2 screws, 2 washers, 2 rawl plugs)
