Bedroom leaking

Hi there

Just wanted to get some advice re a roofing query. We live in an end terraced house and one of our bedrooms is leaking. We've had 3 different roofers been out to the property to carry out repairs om the roof and the bedroom still leaks.

Just wanted to ask that as we live in an end terraced house is it possible that water could be leaking via the brickwork at the side of the house where the bedroom is?

How old is the house , is there a dummy chimney stack over the bedroom by any chance
