Rake out corner joints.
Powder fill or ready mixed filler in joints and let it dry.
Scrape loose paint off sill then 2 pack resin wood filler to smooth off.
Sand.
Undercoat over filler/sill.
Run some caulk around corner edges and leave to dry.
Apply emulsion to walls and wood paint to sill
