I have a Beko WMA1715 S and the LED's flashed then it went dead. On checking the PCB i found a diode that looked almost burnt out(the solder had melted away from the leads plus burn marks on board)

I managed to get the numbers off it. P6KE 200A. I found out its a Trasient Voltage suppressor. It tests fine when tested with a meter. Do you have any idea what could be causing it to overheat.

Many Thanks
