Beko Fridge Freezer

We recently purcased second hand a large stainless steel Beko fridge freezer. The fridge part is fine but the freezer seems not to work, the top shelf seems fine but the lower compartments have defrosted. Problem seems to be that the fan is not working. It stands outside in a garage.
and is very cold at the moment, we are wondering if this is anything to do
with the problem as it was working earlier in the week.

assuming its not frost free
you need to raise the temperature above about 13 degrees as the fridge is happy [below 5]it wont require cooling
freezers or fridges are fine but most combined only have one sensor and that's in the fridge part
