Beko WMA652s not spinning... Help please

Hi there..

Our beko WMA652s has stopped working.. It fills with water fine, drains fine.. But will not spin on any cycle including the standalone spin one... We kinda need to get it running again ASAP with 2 kids so does anyone have any suggestions of what to check first please...Many Thanks.. Dougie

check the brushes in the motor they will probably need replacing.Plug out if you go in.

Ok, I'll have a look.. I've also been told that often the programme boards go... Does anyone know of a way to test... Setting it on spin mode I don't even hear the motor try to turn the drum....
