An alarm installer pal of mine had a similar experience. He got called to a system which kept going into alarm.
Upon removing the panel lid he was greeted by a mouse making a hasty exit.

As you may know I am on a 'learning curve' ,
I have encountered the 'space factor' in trunking systems , but surely this mouse was 'breaking the rules' ? by setting up camp, let alone having babies ??? , and as for trying to disable the alarm it makes me think that this mouse may have had ulterior motives. .
