Belling IDW603 dishwasher not heating

Hi. I wonder if anyone can help me, please? My Belling IDW603 dishwasher doesn't heat up at all on any of the programmes. It is using a cold water feed only. Is there a simple way that I can test the heater unit etc. The unit is integrated into the kitchen so I'm trying to avoid having to dismantle it too much if possible.
