Below washing machine

After a wash the clothes are marked with a sludge type deposit. Does any one know the cause of this .? Thanks

Mould/milder in the drum, have a good look in the drum

Thanks for reply. It looks like sludge is being forced into drum through drum holes from outside of drum, looking at Marks on clothes. Any idea what is causing this ?

I think you need to do a service wash. With the machine empty set it to hottest wash possible & pour a little bleach into the drum.

you need to do hot washes occasionally, then you wont have this problem
