Best adhesive for window trim

Hi all,

just wondering what the best adhesive is to use for sticking upvc trim to the wall? This is where a upvc trim was used internally to cover up cavity etc.

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks Crank....although the what was left over when I removed it didn’t feel like silicone, it seemed more like rubber than silicone.
