Best adhesive for wood to pre cast concrete to hold ladders

Depends which type of brackets you use. Put them in a vice and twist them to shape. Where do you live I shall come and do it for you. Oh, hold on this is diy :mrgreen:

Might be able to use some resin anchor studs
Looks like that's how the roof beams are secured to the walls or are they bolts from the outside?

Might be nice to have verticals from floor to roof
You could then put some horizontals across to hang your garden tools, etc on?

Fix vertical timbers using the bolts that hold the sections together and some steel plates. Like this:
