Best bit for multi tool for skirting and stuck chuck

Is this the right bit to cut a bit if skirting (in situ) in multi tool?

and the chuck in my drill is stuck, how I get it loose?
 
Try penetrating oil for the chuck, you could probably use a pair of grips.

yes and set the depth stop assuming the model has one at 0.5-1mm before it breaks out the back
then you can assist the cut off bit with a chisel or finish the cut board with an old blade or that blade that will become an old blade after a few foot off cutting plaster :D
but because you have done the donkey work you wont spend 10 times longer now burning a full depth boards with a blunt blade

Dont think there's a depth stop. Dewalt. Just on/off and lock I think
