best CORE DRILL for speed,accuracy,reliability, any ideas ?

HI,

Money is no issue. What is an issue is speed, ease and reliability.

I want to drill flue holes as fast and easily as possible. The drill will have alot of use so needs to be ultra reliable. What is the best drill and core drill kit I can buy please?
